The Founders of VIVINLINEA - Biographies

Massimo Guerrieri, M.S. - CEO & Co-Founder

Mr. Massimo Guerrieri was born in Lucca, Italy, in 1958. He is the CEO of the VIVINLINEA Corp. and co-founder of VIVINLINEA- Unique Science For Body Reshaping - patent-pending in the US. In the early '80s he attended classes in Medicine at the University of Pisa, completing a 4-year study and excelling in major classes, such as: Histology, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, General Pathology, Anatomy Pathology, Surgery Pathology, Pharmacology and others.

Lucca, Italy

In 1984, he started working in his family business, Manifatture Toscane, in Lucca. The company was founded by his great-grand father, Santi Guerrieri, in 1870. This is one of the oldest companies in the fashion industry in Italy today. It was there that he learned fundamental business skills that would serve him throughout his career.

Four years later, Mr. Guerrieri complemented his passion for fine wine and food by taking a 3-year course to become a Sommelier (professional wine expert). His love for cooking and nutrition would be instrumental in the development of the VIVINLINEA eating plan featuring delicious Tuscan recipes.

During this time, he also acquired his diploma as a graphic designer - Tecnico Pubblicitario (T.P.) - in Milan, Italy. A year later, he completed business courses, such as 'Sales Communication' and 'Communication and NLP-Neuro-Linguistic Programming' at the Ipsoa Business School also in Milan. Always inspired by learning from top experts in the field, Mr. Guerrieri had the privilege of meeting Richard Norman, founder of Service Management Group, at Bocconi University. Richard Norman, considered a visionary figure in marketing management in the Services Sector, left a deep impact on Mr. Guerrieri. This encounter represented a turning point for Mr. Guerrieri's career and his vision of how to do business.

In June 1988, Mr. Guerrieri became involved in the weight loss industry. His wife Annalisa and his family opened their first weight loss center franchise under the brand Ideal Line System, in Lucca. Armed with new knowledge and the great success of this first business, they decided to open another location in Scandicci, Florence, in 1992.

In the meantime, in 1989, he received his Master of Science in Marketing Management at the Clayton University. In 1996, Mr. Guerrieri continued his education, taking an 1800-hour Aesthetician course in Florence to prepare for his vision of a new franchise.

Building on their success, Mr. Guerrieri had a new vision and, in 1997, in concert with his wife, Annalisa, developed VIVINLINEA. Between 1995 and 1999, Mr. Guerrieri visited Miami, San Francisco and New York. He realized that European techniques and technologies to reshape the body without strenuous exercise were still unknown in the US. In September 1999, after five years of research, he moved to the US with his family.

In May 2000, they opened their first VIVINLINEA location in Great Neck, NY. Building on 25 years of experience Mr. Guerrieri has researched and developed his own Thermal-Wrap5000TM that represents the core of the program. The thermal-wrap works in synergy with a well-balance Mediterranean eating plan based on fresh and natural food. The eating plan has also been designed and tested to be effective in long-term results.

In 2001, Mr. Guerrieri joined the Great Neck Rotary club. In 2005, under the encouragement of some Rotary friends, Mr. Guerrieri chartered, as President, the Lake Success Rotary Club, in Great Neck, NY. Under his leadership, the new club achieved many goals in domestic and international projects. He closed the year in great fashion by bringing two opera singers who sang Puccini arias to the installation dinner. That night he received the Award of Excellence that represents the most prestigious recognition as a Rotarian. Helping people and saving lives, as Rotarian, were some of the most unforgettable experiences of his life.

As result of his 30 years of international experience, Mr. Guerrieri is a pioneer and an innovator in this 'Unique Science' for weight loss and is most proud of the intense and endless research he has put forth in developing VIVINLINEA. The publication achieved in Integrative Medicine: A Clinician's Journal, with the title: "A non-invasive thermal-wrap therapy for inducing calorie burning and weight loss," represents, so far, the greatest accomplishment in his career.

Annalisa Grova Guerrieri - VP & Co-Founder

Annalisa Grova Guerrieri is the Vice President of the VIVINLINEA Corp. and co-founder of VIVINLINEA - Unique Science For Body Reshaping - patent-pending in the US. She was born on the sunny island of Sardinia, Italy, where she attended high school majoring in the study of classical languages and literature. Annalisa then attended university in the Faculty of Medicine, where she completed four full years.

In the following years, Annalisa worked in her husband's family business, who were leaders in the Tuscan fashion industry. Her responsibilities included: development of the product line and sales. In 1987, as a natural fusion of her background in the field of health and her newly acquired business acumen, Annalisa started working in the spa and weight loss industry.

In 1988, Annalisa started working for a French weight-loss company in a free-lance capacity creating and directing their training school and was instrumental in securing eighty new weight-loss centers in Italy and abroad for that company. At the same time, Annalisa and her husband opened their own weight-loss center in Lucca and four years later, they opened a second center in Florence. As a result of many years of experience in Italy, the Guerrieri's created VIVINLINEA and a 'Unique Science for Body Reshaping' was born.

Being aware that weight management is a serious concern for Americans, in 1999, Annalisa and her family moved to New York with the hope of introducing their innovative technique to a larger audience. Starting in the year 2000 they opened their VIVINLINEA location in Great Neck, NY. VIVINLINEA, which means 'Living In Shape' forever, in Italian, is a harmonious combination of technology and nutrition. Afterward, the company developed the Thermal-Wrap5000TM that works in synergy with a well-balanced Mediterranean eating plan and the signature line of skin care products.

Since the psyche and emotions play an important role in weight management, Annalisa completed a two-year course in 'Cognitive Psychology', at the European Institute of Technology, in San Marino.

In addition to her full-time dedication to the VIVINLINEA Corp, Annalisa has been the Director of the Long Island chapter of the Academy of European Arts and Culture for the past five years. The Academy, which is a worldwide organization, has introduced hundreds of people the work of philosophers, artists and mystics throughout the centuries; i.e. Aristotle, Leonardo Da Vinci, Gurdjieff and Rumi - figures who have left a legacy of practical tools on how to live a life in conscious harmony. She finds her experience with this learning to be of great benefit to her clients. A direct and practical result of these studies is developing tools to help balance the emotions; a key component of achieving long lasting weight management.

Thanks to 11 years of experience in Europe and 11 years in the US, Annalisa is a pioneer and an innovator in this 'Unique Science' for weight loss. She is proud of the endless commitment she has put forth in developing VIVINLINEA. The publication achieved in Integrative Medicine: A Clinician's Journal, with the title: "A non-invasive thermal-wrap therapy for inducing calorie burning and weight loss," represents, so far, represents the greatest reward in her career.
